1. General Terms
1.1. These terms govern all bookings, services, and interactions with Central Otago Tours. 1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized representative. 2.2. The price per person for our private tour is $495, with a minimum of two people per booking, and $250, with a minimum of two people per booking. 2.3. Payments are processed securely in full via Stripe at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged with us. 2.4. Customers can select the number of participants when booking. Private tours accommodate 2 to 10 people. 2.5. Availability of tours is subject to the schedule of our drivers, which can be viewed in the booking system. 2.6. Drivers manage their own availability, and customers may choose their preferred driver, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. 3.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date receive 90% refund. 3.3. Cancelations made within 48 hours recieve a 50% refund. . 3.4 Cancellations made within 2 Hours are non-refundable. 3.5 If a tour is canceled by Central Otago Tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, operational issues), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4. Tour Participation
4.1. All participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a responsible adult. 4.2. Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our tour guides. 4.3. Central Otago Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk. 4.4. Tours involve travel to multiple locations, and participants are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1. Central Otago Tours will not be liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence. 5.2. Participants acknowledge that wine tours involve alcohol consumption and agree to drink responsibly. 5.3. Customers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. 5.4. While we strive to provide accurate information, tour itineraries and locations are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data. 6.2. We do not share customer information with third parties, except as necessary to process payments and bookings.
7. Governing Law
